I only a few days back spoke with Santrex regarding a few VPS's.

They clearly said that they WILL suspend a VPS on every single DMCA and complaint they receive UNTIL
the customer handles it. So they don't even allow a time frame to handle it within, but rather
suspend first.

This goes for all locations they have, even their Russian VPS's.
