You didn't mentioned the ram requirement, but check these:

http://www.xsltel.com/vps.php (NL , managed)

just contact transip about your website content, but i think they allow it (they forward DMCA complaints to you).

Unfortunately, XSTel's prices are kinda high. Yeah, I understand it's managed VPS. But I would prefer cheaper and unmanaged.

I only a few days back spoke with Santrex regarding a few VPS's.

They clearly said that they WILL suspend a VPS on every single DMCA and complaint they receive UNTIL
the customer handles it. So they don't even allow a time frame to handle it within, but rather
suspend first.

This goes for all locations they have, even their Russian VPS's.

Shineservers are getting DDOSed since yesterday, I think.

Transip looks really good. But I need some review first.

I have bought serverdome vps yesterday to test it and my vps still wasn't activated. So I will have to keep looking, I guess...

Excuse me ! Out of some shared nodes our only one node was under DDoS attack , VPS nodes are all different .
