I'm currently searching for staff for my new GFX forums: http://creativegfx.net

*The forum is new and running on IPB 3.0.4
*The positions available:
1 Administrator (Needs to be TRUSTED)
2 Super Moderators
3 GFX Central Moderators
3 GFX Resource Moderators
3 Graphics Moderators

The following things are needed as a staff member:

*Be active
*Speak proper english
*[GFX Staff Only] Must be a decent GFXer. Nothing special or professional really, just add some of your work to your reply and i'll check if it's good
*[Super Moderators Only] Must have experience so please post one or more sites where you are staff
*You must be kind(unless members do something wrong ofcourse) so help out where you can

If you apply please add the following things to your reply:

Relevant experience?
Worked with IPB?
[GFX Staff] Some of your works
Anything else you find needed

We need staff for the site to grow. Staff can also help out by posting some GFX downloads you know. I mean which site starts with 1000 members? They all start with 1...

No you need members for the site to grow. One admin is easily enough to moderate a site until you reach 100 members. I had a site with 2,000 members and only 2 admins, no moderators or anything as they weren't needed. Concentrate on getting members. You haven't even posted one gfx thing yourself. You've just posted a small intro. You need to start posting to get the site going. I've test sites with more posts and members than you.
