Ummm while I understand and appreciate that you are trying to help KWWH does not allow currency exchange for quite obvious reasons.

Check out yesterdays posts there is a member here that thought it was great to move funds with an exchanger until a week or so later when he had a claim filed against him with PayPal from the exchanger.
