What TLDs are not owned by USA

Many of you must have realised that .com , .net , .org etc.. are not safe tld anymore for any business even if its Legal.What tlds are not controlled by VeriSign or Afilias.Can anyone provide a full list

I know only these: .ws , .eu , .in

.se (sweden) is very popular even piratebay use it.
.me is safe,
if you need ultimate safe from USA, then use russian one .ru (100% privacy)

compared to .com/.net/.org/.info ==>> .org is better, not best though

.se - sweden is bending to the US , lots of disbalances though....Maybe the corrupted sweden gov will amend new laws soon

Actually, Russia is cracking down on this and a lot of the local Russian registrars are being forced
to start verifying their clients. Albeit some just ask for cell phone number check, but others
are asking for passport scans etc.

With that said, I don't know where that's going, I doubt Russia is doing it just to pass information
on to anyone. But they obviously have their reasons.
