How to Add an Adfly banner to blogspot to be at the top of the page?

I need to added adfly banner to this blog : 4firmwares.blogspot.com any help for this please?

template isn't any issue......
1) goto adf (Tools option) and then (website entry script)
2)copy the script
2)goto blogger dashboard and then (Layout) and click on (Add a gadget) and then select (Javascript)
3)Paste that (adf website entry script) to (blogger Javascript)
