How to update lighttpd to 1.5?

I'm using centos and I'm getting this error

Loaded plugins: allowdowngrade, fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* Webmin: webmin.mirror.somersettechsolutions.co.uk
* atomic: www7.atomicorp.com
* base: mirror-fr.7x24web.net
* extras: mirror-fr.7x24web.net
* updates: mirror-fr.7x24web.net
Excluding Packages in global exclude list
Finished
Setting up Update Process
No Packages marked for Update
