Need Dedicated Server specs for Image hosting

Hello

I plan to start my own custom coded image hosting site soon.I need some suggestions about server specs.Well some image conversion will happen on server and it will be hosting images up to 10-15 MB in size.I will do some advertising as well and i expect some 10k-30k views per day.
How many images/month shall i expect ?
According to you how much bandwidth will site use per month(I will allow hotlinking)
What specs you recommend?

HDD : 2TB -what will be best for me sata or SD
Bandwidth you suggest - Will 100Tb/m be enough
Port Speed : Do i need 1GBPS or will 100mb be enough
RAM : Will 8gb be enough?
DMCA : I will delete Porn images /copyright images whenever host tell me to (in case of dmca or any other law) - Should be Offshore .-All image uploaders ip will be locked(just to discourage child porn upload).
Will server be just fine or i need CDN?

the config that you stated should be more than enough.
SATA should be good enough.
CDN will be better, as it will decrease some load.
if you are buying a server with this config, i'll suggest you to go with 1gbps , or go with host which can later add extra network card in ur server.

i have a similar dedi (colocation) with 8GB ram, 500GB space 50 TB BW , and i am never out of RAM or cpu or BW, and i do host some heavy stuff.
