Just ordered host and IP is blocked by AV

I opened suppprt ticket and they told me that I can only get new IP if I buy VPS or Dedi.

That sucks man, if they won't give you a new IP that is black listed and cannot or will not offer you a dedicated IP (or even move you to another server) then I don't know what to do man. I don't want to say this host is bad but if you plan on sending emails out you may want to look for another host or out source emails to another server.
