Go with uploaded.to. They do pay well (in euros) but most of the times, the speeds are awfully bad.

I think they ignore DMCA cause they never delete, and I can easily find the most popular/copyrighted movies, 720p releases,... and always in .mkv or. avi files, not archived in. rar

Upload speed isn't that great, but the download speed was awesome + support for parallel downloads in jdownloader.
