Hey guys im making a new skin for my forum and i was just wondering is this possible to do in phpbb

i mean the way the forum is next to each other



If so how ?

If you going to say GTFO N00BZ Y00 IZ COPYINGZ then just dont bother
And don't just say get vb and buy the theme because i would but im short on cash at the moment
