trying to go pro with putlocker

hello thank you for having me here but im having some issues with my pro account 2 days ago i noticed that i had paid up to 12/10/2012 but now gone to back to free. i get the code error 30 when i use my visa card. and doesnt let me be pro i would really like some help with this as i use it alot.
