Why is google showing my site with the url/urls, this site is linked with instead of actual url of this site in search result? Is this why because google not respect the co.cc domain or any reason else?

because those pages have higher rank than your site .

Google recently updated something to kill EMD (exact match domains), so now searching your website name doesnot guarantee that it will be shown on first page .

and although google respects co.cc less thn other tld, you can still build it up by doing SEO.
