Hello, yes Spain has been added to tier 2.

On the Web interface, should be nice if the user can choose the language (currently this is automatic, and very annoying, especially when connecting from another country)

Very strange, because I just checked 1mn ago, and I got an interface with some English, but also some 'strange' French's translation words (I am currently using a French IP)

After some research, we have found that adding Italy to tier 2 is a good idea. So we have added Italy to Tier 2.
