The favicon is not matching with the site design.

What do you want us to review ? Your design is pretty much simple and looks as if its not fully complete.

The top navigation icons can be reduced to 16x16 and that'd look good, or align the text links besides them to be vertically centered.

There's nothing to review on this site, really. You installed a forum software, a regular template, and a quick logo job. The name of the site does not match up with your 'purpose' for running the site. And there really is no reason I would want to visit your site when alternatives like DP and KWWH exist.

So, if you're in this for the long haul (you aren't, obviously) you really need to start figuring out what sets your forum apart from the others, much more successful ones, out there and concentrate on that. Simply installing a forum software with a regular skin won't cut it.
