Yeah, but most new users won't know that they aren't allowed to sell illegally obtained things in the marketplace. (phished rs accounts)

Yes they would, because there are two sticky threads in sell/buy sections about what's allowed and what's not.

KWWHunction is a place for webmasters, if webmasters need to have a basic rules threads then in all honesty they shouldn't be webmasters or running a website, it's the basic common sense, keep it clean, keep it "fun".
