404 Not Found (nginx/1.3.7)

there is a plugin i used called "WP No External Links"
i used it to mask all external links to appear like that "Click Here"

and it worked very great but since 2 weeks it bring error
called "404 Not Found" (nginx/1.3.7) when i try to click on the links

so i made ticket at host company and the admin said
he modified nginx configuration but it didn't fix yet

and i have another site but works fine with this plugin
so how to copy configuration from server to another
or anyone know how to config nginx file in kloxo
