Before you go on and add another file host to the already humongous list of them, I'd worry more about your professionalism/how to create a simple forum thread.
EG; Using "ALL FUCKING CAPS IN YOUR TOPIC TITLE" and improper English with reallyannoying text decorations

Don't write your titles in all capital letters. I would suggest you to study our rules before doing anything else.

To the best of my knowledge xFileSharing Pro is a good script.
Be prepared to spend some $ on a developer/designer to further customize the script so your site will stand out from all the others [thats probably my biggest suggestion - don't make a generic file host - do everything you can to add new features/totally new style, new offers, etc].
It's kind of a vague piece of advice, but it's a pretty long and strenuous thing to discuss, as it takes many weeks to come up with some good, unique ideas. Spend some time browsing a lot of other file hosting sites, determine what others have that YOU should have, and things other hosts have that you need to make sure you do NOT have.
