There's no specific script for this.
You can simply use any forum script like vB or IPB and install Twitter Connect

please elaborate your concern mate
do you want some script, which register a member on your forum with twitter/gmail/FB Login's?
if yes, we do have it for vB, IPB (not sure of rest tbh)

if something different, please mind explaing

I was looking for a forum script that was easy to adapt to allow users register and login via Twitter like you both have suggested above.

I would think that there may be the same type of connect for PHPBB and SMF forum scripts.
