What steps should to take on File-hosts by KWWH to prevent scam?

My opinion:- Any New Hosts ..those were started in or after 2012 should not allowed to make Minimum Payout greater than $25 in KWWH "File Hosts Official Support" Section in anyhow. Well there is nothing KWWH can do about it.
You remember the last 2 years of filehosts? Tons come here and some of them with they own script ( fileserve, filesonic, filepost, easy share..and the sister ones, like filejungle, uploadstation)...
Every last one of them turn out to become scam.
Everyone.. Except, till now, uploaded.to , rapidgator, and extabit.
So KWWHunction is doing what they can, ban obvious scammers and so on but you cannot ask them to do more then that really.
This situation is in real life too, you cannot avoid being scammed..Yes, this sucks but nobody can do more about this than yourself.

A business model that has been dried out cannot be used to make money. It's like, a bunch of people gather up to get a theme, a script and a few servers with some initial investment. When they have enough money in their pockets from sales and adverts, there is practically no one who can stop them from running.

How can you actually invest your time in that and expect anything? I hope you guys learn to value the use of your time more wisely.

To me what I find truly amazing and so strong is the highest coverage and protection by some KWWH moderators to some scammers.
This forum was a source of credibility 100% ... some moderators are killing the trust that some had with KWWH
If you accuse someone of scammer we earn 31 days of punishment forbidding us to go with our own forum. WTF???
