whichever of you two wanna do the second logo, that'd be cool
i'll just post the info here for whichever of you two gets to it first to spare the other from doing work

coloring : don't care, just make it flow with http://californicationtv.com/forums/index.php <- that theme
if you don't wanna make a background, then go with transparent
