Looking for someone capable of Grade A graphics work. Please see http://www.extremecoderz.com as an example of the quality i expect.

Im not looking for people that will "give it a go". I will provide work as and when needed, and have a few up and coming projects.

Work will be paid fairly and immediately via paypal is US dollars. I dont f**k about when money is involved and thats all i expect in return.

If your interested: Design a 900x45 warning image that can be used as a "div" background. For example, on the homepage of extremecoderz you will see a warning box at the bottom with a red X. That one is s**t and needs replacing. Should only take you 20 minutes to do but if you get the job work will be regular.

Not sure i get you with this "red box" What do you wont the red box with a gradient or what? or you wont the "X" as in the icon re-done?

I think he just wants a red box to replace the one at the bottom and can be used as a layout for future warning messages. Use your imagination .

I'll pay you for this pic if you can do these changes. If they're any good i'll need to you do all 4 on the front page, a price for which we can negotiate via msn.

I need you to soften those corners, say a 5px radius. Then i need you to gradient from that red by the X to grey in any way you see fit so i can write on the right-hand side part and the font is easily viewable, and put the word warning underneath the X.
