I signed up yesterday and am already having problems.

First I am having problems using the ftp, I am using cuteftp, which was working before my domain name got transferred, then it is refusing to work.

Secondly I am having problems with my cpanel.

I think you would agree to have these things happen on my first day isn't looking too good for me staying with you.

I know that I have 7 days to decide and at the moment I might be looking elsewhere unless things get sorted out.

I am loading my site all the time but didnt see that, maybe i took nap at that time Today cpanel and ftp were down maybe under 30 mins but i understand it was with reason cause they emailed us what happens.
