I did not. I was talking about his site being down. My cpanel always worked. But now I'm waiting on a response to a support ticket and account issues Just one headache after another.

So far the set up was easy, the email was well written and what not, I just don't like the lack of support. If you're going to boast 24/7 support, you need to be able to back it up.

I'm pleased to an extent with the service, I just need support and I need it fast. Of course the problem I'm having now is partly my fault, but I don't see why it happened as the causing factor isn't in play anymore. Oh well we will see how long this will take to resolve.

I've already emailed our cpanel provider last night. They emailed me today saying that stuff about payment processing cannot be done on the weekend and that I would have to wait 1 Full Business Day. It's ridiculous. Also refrain from bashing my thread @ theforumdrunk!
