I was wondering if its some how possible to add a default avatar to anyone not having one. based on User Groups (like Reg, VIP etc..)

So any ideas how to do that...

Hmm i am not sure based on the user groups but i know about having a board default avatar like have a look at my website www.allinonewarez.com register and see the avatar.

But for which forum board are u lookin for phpbb or any other one...

You can use<if condition="$bbuserinfo['usergroupid'] == 'x'"> I believe.
But it might be kinda meh.
