I have seen a forum like this before, I think its owned by exiles, not sure though.

- over-used skin (iDark) - i suggest a new one.
- favicon needs updating
- add katz buttons to header

you'll have to wait until jayfella add's IPB3 to his multi poster before you get any uploaders.
