Modification On PhpBB Post Icons

I need a little change in a specific hack for phpBB 2.0.23.

What I need?
I need to turn icons clickable... and when someone clicks for example in the Icon1, will appear only the posts with Icon1.

Like that:
http://www.pornbb.org/xxx-movies-f1.html (ADULT CONTENT)
