Hosting CLient scripts

I have a dedicated linux server located in germant. these guys dont give a shit whats on the server...( kpgamerz.org/downloads ) with plesk. at the moment im selling the hosting manually.

How can i get it so that everything is automated?

WHMCS is one of the best around but you can't use it for free...

I dont like WHMCS but alot of people do so its a good choice to go with but I use AccountLab Plus.
