Porn site is safe?

Hi all,
I own a porn site (warez linking,no child porn) for 4 months now with my users up to 8500 and keep raising daily!

My server is located offshore (NL), im studying in Greece and im from Cyprus!!
In my site i have adult movies, videos and amateur pictures and videos mostly from people from Greece and Cyprus.

Will i have problem to get caught? If somebody see himself on my site what will happen? Am i in a dangerous position to get in jail? I thought that 4 months now someone from the authorities has to visited my site, wouldnt i had trouble?

How can i avoid to get caught and how can i keep my site safe for me?

To be honest, no porn site is safe. How do you know that girl being uploaded is 18? I mean, the chances of you getting in trouble are slim to none as there are thousands of porn sites.. But if someone happens to know someone on your site and they are not 18 and report that, your fucked.

Don't worry. You have offshore hosting and your not from America or England, so your good to go.

they wont contact me and ask me to remove it first? they are gonna jump into my house and arrest me??

In the terms and conditions before they register i wrote that all models/actors in the videos are 18+ and the admin has nothing to do with the material that is posted. Does this have any role??

No, because if you watch it your already breaking the law.

And whatever you put into your terms better be true meaning every girl MUST be 18+ or your disclaimer is no good.

But like I said.. Don't worry. Most likely if they wanted you to remove the site, they would send you an email or something.

More then likely you will get simple email please remove and they give you a link just remove it and go on living your life.

Child porn is clearly a no no and if you see anything looking like a minor just be safe and remove it.

BTW: Neotrace is telling me that the glorious projectw.org warez forum is hosted in the USofA, NY (Brooklyn). So maybe warez linking in the US is not such a big deal.

As long as you upload content from famous sites like brazzers you won't be in any trouble...there are lots of child porn sites they have to take care of so don't worry!

I host in the US as I have no problem taking the content down if asked. I host my own content on my server. Mostly videos around 30min or so. I've received 2 take-down requests so far the past 3 weeks and I have not even officially opened the site yet nor have I even added all the content to open. As long as you can comply with them its no big deal. By 'not officially opened' I mean I have not added all the content to the site yet nor have I begun advertising. Just a few link exchanges and some paid traffic. Just bought a brand spanking new server yesterday to move to tomorrow

Going to add over 100GB later this week then officially open so we will see what happens
