Dedicated offshore server

Hello, currently i am on a vps from openvservers, great service i must say, but i need more
I asked them for a dedicated server offer and i got this:
105,99 EUR / Month with a setup fee of 69,99? (Quad2Core, 8Gb of RAM and 2HDs of 500GB each, unmetered traffic - more than 20Tb are possible without any issues)

Can i find better offers?
I will use the server for selling rapidleech and torrentflux.
