Wanting to start a filehost

Hi,

I'm wanting to start a filehost, now I'm looking for a partner to share the costs and profit, and work time. I'm not looking into small budget people, and your site knowledge must be good (and your english too, please!). Budget has to be around $500+ a month (at start). This is for servers, script writing, and buying ads to promote the filehost. I ofcourse have a lot of ways to promote the site myself, but I'm sharing that with truly interested people .

Well $, time, and effort. You don't need to be able to code, if we must we can hire people for that. But I don't want to do everything all alone =(.

I think you build up as needed not start extremely high.
