wow that skin makes me want to puke its horrid and way to plain
i don't like the way you have the category inside the forums
where is the banner all i see is text that looks like its done in mspaint
you need a new favicon
need some new forum icons
this needs a hella lot of work before it looks good

the current skin background is way too bright and hard on your eyes (especially on larger monitors)
the forum layout is a little weird imo, check some related forums for a better idea..
the header looks a little too plain on the left, maybe ad a div overlay with some simple 'sign up for free' or 'register now' image there for guests.
favicon is needed, the vB default favicon just sucks.
the forum icons are too 'default' tbh

advertise your forum in some good places to get some members coming in.
