Nice site. For being a new site I suggest you remove the intrusive ad's, Ad's effect traffic in the beginning nomatter what. Proven statistic. And some of the top buttons for hotfile etc... No need for those.

I am glad you are striving to become unique, I have not get seen a site dedicated to content uploaded on HotFile. My only fear is that I know users only seem to do so to cash out on their uploads, as I am aware that HotFile is kind of annoying. Therefore, unless your content is as unique as your idea, you might not take off...

I'd suggest putting some time into your forum (not saying you have not done so) but go ahead and make it stand out. You want users to visit the forum, like it so much that they register, and then come back. In your current state I do not think that will be happening much.

Clean up your skin, work on some graphics, and put your heart into it.
