Follow these steps:

0) Don't forget to 301 redirect your site by using .htaccess and If possible than you need to do domain age more than 1 year
1) Create a sitemap
2) Create Robots.txt
3) Add your sitemap using Google Webmaster tools
4) Submit Sitemap for indexing
5) and there you go.. your site will appear in SERP
6) Or / Visit high traffic BLOG/FORUMS and comment using your links that link back to your site
7) Since , Spiders love fresh content , they index site with fresh content regularly..
