Tried a recache/rebuild yet?

Also check the mods you installed to see if some files need CMOD for them to be able to work.

I know this is a silly question but what is the right permissions? Should I set everything to 644?

I think "ad_forums" is missing? I tried changing permissions and I got this error now:

its possible you installed an old version of group name indicator incorrectly.
try reinstalling newer version

The group name indicator I have is the latest version.
