1st put the katz button at the bottom before they ban you.. Second Why not Edit your post and ask people to Review your site, in a way your basically demanding it seems.
Your site seems fairly average nothing special about it maybe add some custom GFX logos etc? Other than that everything should be fine

I'm not 100% feeling the theme, See how KWWH has a nice feeling when your on the site that makes you stay longer online etc...not necessarily bright/white colors. And also why not add a Anime & Console Games Sub categories of their respective parents.

- Remove 'Powered By vBulletin' from the title.
- Center the Katz Downloads button.
- There's a black space to the right of the logo, doesn't look right.
- Get a Favicon.
- Love the category gradients.
- Footer has too much spacing.
- Get your own Register message.
- Login button is kinda.. not matching the skin?
- Add a Description for Tutorial and Guides.
- I prefer veritcal postbits.
- Also, the footer affiliates table has no border or anything? :\

Site is pretty good, could be better, 6.5/10.

nice template dude.......
you need to do some changes
1.change the login button
2.remove katz button from "notices" as they notices can be closed by users and katz button in theme's index.template.php file only or change the permissions.
3.Check your meta name,meta tags,description,keywords and title..
