for that you have to install a player on yr server

DO u know any Tutorial website for that

You can download several players for your server and install and then run a command such as

$convertor = 'path/to/convertor.exe';

exec("{$convertor} -w 640 -h 480 -f /path/to/video.avi -o /path/to/save"); 

but that command is an example, there should be examples about the net! for hte screen shots
