i think its askin u to add credit card coz u dont have enough balance in ur pp....

no i do, im buying a $27 product and have $32 in the paypal. I just checked sending limit and its at $0 for some reason

do u actually see Account Limited written anywhere? if not then i guess ur country has a monthly transaction limit like spirkovs...
