Help, What script / clone to go with

Hi,

I'm making a small site private only for classmates.

I'm planning to record what time we have in uni and save it for the future lol.

It would be pics / vids.

Im not concerned about it being hacked since no one from my class is into that plus it will be password protected.

Can be something really simple i just need a layout.

I did consider blog but it would be better having a youtube style so its easy for members to upload.

Please Help..
