    Any VPS with 1GB RAM can be optimized to work the same way as a Dedi (Unless you don't have shared resources)
    So, I would suggest you to pay a good server technician to Optimize your VPS rather than buying a Dedi

    Dedicated Means Just full 100% under your own control though u need optimize Unamanged Dedi & VPS .

    In Case Of Best Managed VPS & Dedi Service there is no need . As the VPS provider will optimize as per your need .
