Yes especially for Wordpress, Drupal & Joomla
And yea, not BLOG Section, but instead a CMS Section would sound nice.

You could just use the "Other Software Support" section, if there's a ton of threads about blogs on here then it would make sense to add it, at the moment blog support isn't really needed.
