What it would require is time to submit uploads and run the staff and also help find the staff that are going to be active.

I am starting college in 2 weeks and between college and work I ont have a lot if time. I can't pay anything at this time but could be potential for that in the future.

I will only consider people I trust. I have put a lot of work into these sites and spent a lot of money to keep them running.

For the utmost trusted people I would consider a co owner which would require a deposit to me showing serious interest and somewhat dedication. And again I wont consider just anyone.

I will close both sites before I just hand full reign over to anyone with me footing the bills.
