Just a note, you guys will be receiving this VPS in December or earlier and will have free hosting till that same day of the next year.
Hosting will be supplied by a new hosting company called monkeyVPS he is the old owner of ceege.net which is a site that sold for $3000 that offered free hosting...

what if the company dies? and they dont get their full year?

kind in mind that the best coded one will get the vps, as i only have 1 vps account to give away to get this coded.

Is this still open or can I get the PSD too? I'd have that coded in no time. I've being studying SEO too a lot lately and I'll even have it all fully SEO'ed and vaild html, CSS etc.

EDIT: For a full year VPS I'll throw in a fully targeted keyword optimization on it.

My name is Mark and I am the owner of the soon to be opened company MonkeyVPS.

The PSD that is supplied by Chris may be modified as you see fit. The server monkey logo WILL have the text portion remove as server monkey is a different website of mine. The "prize" is actually negotiable. If you would like less diskspace and more ram, i'm pretty flexible. I am open to discussion with the winner.

I will be using WHMCS as the billing system, so extra points if anyone wants to go the extra mile and integrate whmcs.
