"Wicked" trademark

I recently bought wicked-porn.com and wicked-adult-images.com, now i received a letter from LipsitzGreenScimeCambria that i use the "Wicked Pictures" trademark. (wicked.com and wickedpictures.com) and now they want to "discontinue operation of wicked-porn.com and wicked-adult-images.com" because i use the "Wicked" name in my domains .
Should i close them?

P.S: they didn't said nothing about wicked-warez.com because is not adult related.

Well, I'd say NO, if you are on an Offshore Server.

No idea, if they have a a patent on the trademark then I dunno, they could sue you unless you can illustrate that it's a completely different product.

if it was trademarked to them why don't they own the domains seems kinda weird like magictallguy said make em an offer see what they say you could benefit from this situation

i made a search for LipsitzGreenScimeCambria and they are a very good law firm in America and they said in the letter that if i don't "discontinue operation" of my websites or "any other use of Wicked Pictures' trademark" they will act promptly and i have an ultimatum till 15 December 2009, or they will proceed against me

Well, it would be rather hard for you to use wicked-porn.com as some type of site that doesn't infringe on their 'trademark'. Personally I would offer to sell the domain to them to resolve the dispute, for that count.

As for wicked-adult-images.com, I feel that one is a long shot. A bit far out, but it could be, say, a NSFW image kind of site, think rotten.com even. However that line of thinking probably goes against your original intentions for the domain.

Ask them if it is indeed trademarked, then why don't they have control of those domains, to avoid situations like these. Tell them that it is their fault for not acting in their own interests and buying the domains themselves.

Then after, tell them to make you an offer for the domains.
Accept nothing less than
$domain_price x 15

Because if they are willing to go forward with a suit, then they have money to waste and such, you can take advantage of that.

taking a law suit needs - $1500+ to start up

i have been in this situation before
tell them you WILL NOT cease the operation of the site
but if they are interested you would be willing to sell
for i.e. $300 or something like that then if it goes to court
ect... they can not say that you are obstructive as you offered
the domain to them at a price...
