To be honest all you need is a bog standard one which includes a few edits
and tells users that they should not post copyrighted material (even tho
you know they will and thats the purpose of the website) and another edit
stating that you as a company (organisation) "site" is not responsible for the
user generated content and that you believe in Freedom of Speech and will
not moderate the content of the post's/thread's unless you receive an official
Letter/Email "DMCA" stating that you must remove it.

Well I don't think a lawyer would hang out on KWWH anyway. Asked him about streaming movies linking and he said that it's legal. When I showed him a case of a website that was taken down he didn't know what to say... so yea ... if you want legal advice don't search for it on the internet and go to a real life lawyer
