Odd problem.

Right i have no idea, ever since i installed IPB it's been fine, but up untill last night it's been acting really odd. the forums index will just vanish and just show a blank page..

then when i look into the FPT i've noticed " bac-config.php " is there?

What's the reason and how is this getting there? I'm the only one with FTP access on my forums.

config.php.bak but never bac-config.php are you on a shared host or dedicated maybe your box is compromised give it a good look and check for php shells aka c99's in your forum

I would look, but the host has errm died i think haha was on a shared plan ( Gangsterhost.com ) one of the offers on this forum..... So i'm sitting here waiting for it to work again, then i shall check the FTP and all folders again.
