I want share some tips. Some of you might know them, but I am sure there's many who don't know them.

Make sure to choose a good, and unique domain name.
Install a good skin, and modify it to match your needs. I myself would choose a skin that's not over used.

Now create the forums. Make sure you create alot of community sections, as that is a MUST for a good website.

Open the forums for guests, as you'll get more traffic from Google.
Start submitting to katz when you have setup everything.

Start buying ads on big sites like Katz, WarezLobby, Warezscene, etc.
This will bring you some nice traffic.
