Need someone to edit a theme.

I need someone to edit a theme for smf, and add some buttons/links in the navbar. Can be added as a double row navbar.

and also add a fb and twitter icon to the footer of the page so as to follow us etc.


The links i need added to the top are Shop, Donate, Contact Us, and Rules.

The site is just starting out, so i am trying to get this pretty cheap if not for free. I have someone that will do this for us but i really don't want to use them atm.
