So that way your topics get indexed as ie (Nero 6 Ultimate - Rapidshare)
Id say it brings about 5-10% more traffic from that.

Well... it's not like you need to spend any time to keep VbSEO running - take a few minutes to set it up, and forget about it - it certanly doesn't hurt, and even if it brings 5 more visitors/day from google it's pure profit
