this is the easist way i no that works
First---1nce you get console banned wait a cuple days (2 or more)----
And call microsoft tell them that you bought a new xbox from a pawn shop----- and when you went on it-it said you have been console banned.----- they should ask u to give them your profile id and console id--- found on the back of the xbox. ---and just follow the next couple things they say and thats how u get un console banned ----U probably never thought it would be that easy right? well try for yourself and goodluck (ps if they ask you howd you get that gt say it came wit the xbox.) if you want reply if it works for u or not 8 /10 times it works
